Position: Clinical Recruiter

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin

Position Overview: The Clinical Recruiter at MARS Solutions Group will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of clinical professionals, ensuring the timely and successful placement of candidates across a range of healthcare disciplines. The Clinical Recruiter will collaborate with healthcare facilities and candidates to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the placement process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of clinical roles, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities and organizations to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier clinical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Review and assess candidate applications, resumes, and credentials to determine their suitability for specific clinical roles.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their clinical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinical candidates to ensure swift and efficient placements.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements.
  • Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and contractual terms with candidates and clients.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placement progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience
  • Previous experience in clinical recruitment or staffing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various clinical roles, including nurses, therapists, physicians, and other allied health professionals.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
