We are seeking Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IONM) Technical Manager to join our esteemed Neurology Department. IONM Technical Manager is responsible for providing technical supervision of neurodiagnostic testing including Intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring and clinical evoked potential studies. Also, responsible for personnel management of IONM technician staff, teaching staff about neurodiagnostic testing procedures, performing neurodiagnostic testing in emergency situations, quality assessment and assurance, management of equipment, supplies and computer files (including test protocols and data files), scheduling, ensuring adherence to laboratory protocols, and program advancement.

Requirements;

• ABRET Certification for Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
• Equipment operation skills include:functional knowledge of IONM and EP related averaging systems and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment hardware issues, ability to use IONM software, ability to program and adapt IONM procedures for different cases, and knowledge regarding routine equipment maintenance and up-keep
• Prior experience in a managerial role preferred
• 5 years of related work experience
• Functional knowledge of administrative and Clinical software including MicrosoftExcel, Outlook, Word, and Epic
• Associate's Degree required.Bachelor's or Master's preferred
