Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Large apartment complex on the Eastside Milwaukee needs Property Maintenance Technician! Responsible for doing repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Help with apartment turnovers. Capable of doing drywall, painting, trim work, and window/door installation. Repair apartment appliances such as washers, dryers, ovens, and refrigerators. Should have experience in HVAC able to do maintenance repairs. Conduct review of building and do preventative maintenance. Be able to commute to other building in Milwaukee for maintenance calls. Candidates are required to have valid license and their own tools. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm have to be able to work on call occasional. Pay $25hr-$30hr and full benefits.
