The Civil Construction Territory Manager (Division 33) is responsible for developing and implementing regional/territorial growth strategies in conjunction with sales leadership. The position is responsible for growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. They manage the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for working within an assigned territory, developing, and implementing a sales plan to grow the business. They participate in major selling situations and monitors on a monthly basis all sales activity within his/her region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for development and implementation of channel go-to-market strategies within the customer channel

  • Responsible for maintaining territory CRM process and Sales Funnel Management

  • Responsible for developing regional forecast and countermeasures in region to keep sales on track

  • Responsible for regional level key account/market-channel management

  • Develops a scalable best in rep class network to effectively serve the market-channel

  • Responsible for price management process at region/rep level

  • Actively involved with national industry groups

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 5 to 7 years of sales management, product marketing, or relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Civil and Siteworks (DIV 33).

  • Work location - based in Southern California United States
