The Respiratory Therapist and/or Respiratory Therapist - Graduate will provide quality respiratory care to patients from the neonate to the adult and families in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with a minimum of an Associate's Degree is required.
  • Must produce proof of passing the National Board of Respiratory Care credentialing exam at minimum of CRT level prior to starting in position and have a Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the State of Wisconsin in process.
  • RRT required within 6 months of hire for new graduates. RRT desired before start date for experienced Respiratory therapists.
  • Clinical experience in hospital or home care is preferred.
  • Possesses rudimentary assessment and basic analytical skills in order to perform limited patient observations.
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire.
  • Requires interpersonal skills which involve collaborating with peers, supervisors and medical staff. Understands role of performing delegated tasks.

Prefer experience with computer skills. Ability to stand and walk for up to eighty percent of work time when performing job assignments.

+ extra Night Shift Bonus eligible - up to $5,200/year in addition to standard shift differentials.
