Resident Care Assistant | 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, rotating weekends and holidays
Villa St. Francis is a faith-based, non-profit, CBRF licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care community. - Document and communicate resident concerns and changes in their condition to the nurse on duty
- Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) cares for residents in a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) to include: dressing and undressing/setting out clothes; bathing; grooming and hygiene/toileting, depends, etc.; wake up calls; making or opening a bed; changing and washing bed linens when needed; light housekeeping; transportation to meals within building; assistance in dining room as needed
- The RCA position is responsible for safeguarding each resident’s right to privacy, confidentiality, and human dignity
Candidates with CBRF training is preferred, but we will certify and train the right person. CBRF certification and training Includes:
- Standard precautions
- First aid and choking
- Fire safety
- Medication administration.
- Resident rights, challenging behaviors, client group specific
