Job Description
Entry level Property Maintenance job available for Milwaukee and surrounding area. Job involves doing lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and any general lawncare. Help with exterior upkeep of the building. Clean the common area, empty trash, sweeping, and mopping. Able to handle basic maintenance issues with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Learn from senior level maintenance crew how to do repairs and preventive maintenance. Able to work independently when needed and as a team member. Most hours are during the day does involve some weekends. This job requires a valid driver’s license and transportation. $20-$23hr includes full benefits.
