Overview

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Solution Consultant!

The Enterprise Solution Consultant (ESC) is the market subject matter expert relative to the solutions, and professional service strategies within the Direct division on the more complex and enterprise accounts. The ESC is a dedicated pre-sales professional committed to optimizing customer's business processes and developing solutions and professional services strategies based on business requirements. This role works with sales management and service staff to develop customer centric solutions and value propositions. ESC's will be assigned to target Enterprise Accounts as their primary focus and responsibility. They will also support the market with more complex solution scoping and workflow design.


Responsibilities

  • Technical sales responsibility to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within assigned complex and Enterprise accounts.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales strategy development for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborates, maintains, and manages individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.
  • Works directly with Sales Management, Market Director of Professional Services and Engagement Team members to promote solutions and professional services offerings, driven by key performance indicators and Konica Minolta defined processes.
  • Work collaboratively with Enterprise Account Team to coordinate activities and support for assigned accounts as directed by RVP, Professional Services and VP, Enterprise Accounts.
  • Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and development of customized solutions to fit a client's requirements.
  • Participates in ongoing account review sessions as part of the account team.
  • Engages professional services resources to assist in creating and/or developing proposals, engagement letters, site surveys, statement s of services (SOS) and integration projects where appropriate.
  • Maintains educational training standards and certification levels in line with job requirements and advancement development plans.
  • Learning and demonstrating the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services and solutions for clients.

Qualifications

* Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field

* 3-5 years relevant Software Solutions, IT infrastructure or Managed IT Services sales experience

* Experienced with Network print servers, Document management/ scanning applications and workflows, Managed Print Services, Print Optimization/cost recovery, Print and MFP print controller technology, SQL, Security, and major third-party print manufacturer's devices

* Strong working knowledge of industry hardware, IT services and Software solutions offerings

* Valid driver's license and access to reliable and presentable transportation
