As a cook at Portage Pointe, you will take great pride in providing nourishing, high quality food to our Elders. You will have a significant impact on the quality of care delivered, as well as perform a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
3 Years Food Experience Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required (Available Upon Hire)
ServeSafe Certification Required or Obtained Within 6 Months of Hire
COVID Vaccination and Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required

0.6 - 0.9 FTE (24-36 hours per week)
Day/Evening Shift
Every Other Weekend Rotation
Every Other Christmas & New Years Rotation
