Job Description

Local New Berlin, business looking for VP of Operations. Requires previous experience managing company P&L’s. Candidate should also have experience as a VP. Responsible for assuring satisfaction with company contracts and subcontractors. Help grow business by networking, and sales. Make sure company financial goals are met. Oversee all day-to-day operation of the company from labor, sales, and office staff. Assist with training new staff. Daily meeting with supervisor, and weekly meeting with staff Mondays and Fridays. Work with Administrator and Controller on budget and accounts receivable/accounts payable. Oversee payroll for subcontractors. Quarterly manage Workwave estimates and new opportunities. Monthly management of CF statements and financials. Perform regular performance reviews on staff. Demonstrate good judgement, fix problems without being asked, and prioritize time. Job is salary plus profit sharing after the 1st year. Includes Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and PTO.
