Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work Required

Must be licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor in Indiana

CPR required

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 3 months of hire

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
