Job Description
 
  • Proactively engages with PT&E, Omaha and strategic tollers in order to support them in improving performance in all domains (HSE, Quality, capacity, operability, efficiency, cost)  and in addressing significant pain points.
  • Partners FF&P (Asset & Siting, Tolling, FF&P sites) in the timely and effective completion of Technology Transfers (intra- and inter-region), acting as donor and recipient as required.
  • Works with peers from other regions and SMEs to cultivate sharing of best practice for all core formulation technologies, reflecting global experience, advantages and disadvantages of alternative options, and integrating new technological developments.
  • Works with FF&P sites in shaping their Technology Strategy and defining related CapEx plans.
  • For St. Gabriel FF&P, closely collaborates with CPG to develop early engineering scope development for all FF&P projects with appropriate TOR to support investment and support management of St. Gabriel FF&P capital program ensuring the timely implementation of new or improved assets consistent with rapidly changing business requirements and within agreed cost and safety parameters.


Qualifications
 
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
  • Senior experience in significant leadership or technical position in the engineering and/or Industrial areas
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in people leadership and project management
  • Ability to handle a wide range of projects and to balance demands on both self and group’s time
  • Able to use personal judgement to confidently make timely decisions with the available data and make recommendations on the next steps
  • Ability to effectively and rapidly develop and coach others
  • Ability to adapt to changing strategic and external drivers
  • Ability to convey the right level of detail to the right audience verbally, in writing, or by presentations and ability to judge when and who to communicate key information
