  • Create requisitions for consumption and demand and collaborate with the corporate procurement team.
  • Generates work assignments, manages schedules, sets priorities, assigns daily tasks, and reviews employee performance.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes activities of warehouse employees engaged in receiving, cataloging, tagging, maintaining, storing, packing, and shipping inventory
  • Assigns appropriate resources, determines objectives and procedures, and monitors results to ensure inventory is accurate.
  • Ensures materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures and government guidelines/regulations and meet contract requirements
  • Manages procedures and controls for hazardous material shipments
  • Ensure safety of workforce by educating employees on proper procedures and safety guidelines, striving to achieve an accident-free workplace. Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
  • Assists with the managing of day-to-day activities and prioritizing tasks.
  • Mail delivery - mail meaning any package that gets delivered to the warehouse, delivery meaning bringing packages to the appropriate recipient or coordinating storage.
  • Package and ship domestic packages using company defined couriers.
  • Update and maintain expiration records for medications and medical supplies.
  • Completes cycle counts for maintenance of accurate records.
  • Increase/decrease and maintain inventory levels as necessary in the electronic inventory database, and in adherence with the project's Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Performs duties in a safe manner and follows the corporate safety policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Responsible for fleet management and ensure employees have safe driving records (complete operator safety training/ defensive driving training) prior to operating vehicles, to include passenger vans, trucks, golf carts, and forklifts.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3 years of warehouse logistics with at least. Desired candidate to have at least 1 year of medical logistic experience.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Experience with managing teams, creating work schedules, and balancing resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with computer and common office equipment and MS Office products required.
  • Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.
  • Willingness to travel in the U.S. as needed
