Shift Availability:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with Weekend Overtime, $14/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm, with Weekend Overtime, $15/hour
- 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am, with Weekend Overtime, $16/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operations: Proficiently operate plastic injection mold machines.
- Packaging Expertise: Skillfully package products, utilizing scales to ensure precise weights, and shrink wrap and palletize items.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality inspections before product packing to maintain high standards.
- Troubleshooting and Data Entry: Perform light troubleshooting of machines and basic computer setup, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in manufacturing or warehouse work.
- Packaging Skills: Packaging plastic cable ties, box placement, and palletizing experience.
- Assembly Proficiency: Ability to perform light assembly using small plastic parts, requiring good dexterity.
- Versatility: Willingness to cross-train on various plastic injection molding machines and diverse assembly tasks.
- Energetic Mindset: High-energy individuals sought! Once trained, the role may involve operating multiple machines.
