  • Responsible for daily customer website activity extraction and processing for: open order reports, purchase orders, purchase order releases, and forecast
  • Set up of new customer accounts, and work on completion of new account paperwork
  • Update our ERP system with customer delivery forecast, releases, pull-in, and push-out ship dates
  • Work closely with customers for delivery or expedite requests, and respond timely to all other customer inquiries
  • Enter sales orders and provide customers with current ship dates
  • Perform research, and determine ship dates for customer open order delivery reports
  • Works closely with production and customer service teams to effectively communicate order status to the customer
  • Support other Customer Service Representatives on various projects and tasks, as needed
  • Attend daily Production Walk, Production Meeting, and other internal/ external customer meetings or trainings
  • Internal auditor for AS9100D/ISO9001:2015, and EN ISO 13485 quality systems
  • Participate in lean activities
  • Perform other customer service duties as assigned
