Job Description
 

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team by providing administrative support through the full recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination,  candidate care management, job posting, employment brand campaigns and recruitment reporting and analysis. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will also support strategic operational processes, day-to-day inquiries, provide consultative information to teams around process & workflows that impact reporting, reach out proactively to the client teams on a weekly basis to understand their reporting needs in the upcoming week, ensure ATS provides all requirements needed for compliance and ensures team provides audit support and tracking mechanisms and more. 



Qualifications
 

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Reporting & Analytic tools
  • Strong proficiency in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data
  • Associate degree or a high school graduate/GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service, administrative tasks, and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the talent acquisition function strongly preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or databases preferred
  • Vendor management experience preferred
