Summary of Responsibilities:
Bring your positive energy to ATC! We're looking for a Network Field Engineer to architect, maintain, and enhance our wide area network and fiber optic telecommunication infrastructure which supports critical field operations. You will have the opportunity to research industry standards, trends, practices and procedures related to utility communication infrastructure to help build a world-class network, and will play a key role with regard to compliance and cyber protection of this high-security network.Essential Responsibilities:
ATC employees enjoy flexible schedules! You'll use your bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, MIS or related work experience to provide engineering and planning for the expansion of ATC's wide-area network. You'll also help engineer fiber optic communication solutions, create configuration templates, standards, documentation to standardize the deployment of communication assets with the goal of improving reliability and decreasing costs. Past experience in a utility, industrial, government/military or other critical infrastructure network would be a plus.
