We’re currently seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Account Manager that is willing to think outside of the box and do what it takes to reach IT decision makers.  Although this position offers an existing account list and qualified list of leads, this candidate will need to possess strong hunting and closing skills in order to successfully manage their customer's pipeline and meet expected quotas.

Requirements for this Position

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 3-5 years of successful career experience with measurable track record.
  •  Experience generating new business development though effective prospecting, networking and cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.
  • Abe to execute problem solving skills and ability to prioritize and execute – while demonstrating good judgment and tact.
  • Critical thinking - ability to create unique solutions to the customer's specific needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills and negotiating skills.
  • Technical literacy, especially concerning Microsoft products.
Position Responsibilities
  • Business Development     
        - Convert Process - Generate new business leads into sales opportunities
        - Contact Process - Scheduled new business introductions meetings 
        - Selling Process - Effectively quote, present and follow-up with new business solutions 
        - Closing Process - Demonstrate strong closing skills with new business solutions 
        - Maintenance Process -  Continued customer service with routine contact providing solutions for customer's needs.
  • Manage existing customer list building stronger business relationship and discovering new additional opportunities
  • Network with local community organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and into industry vertical groups.
  • Weekly sales activity reporting and goal setting.
  • Other sales activity as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Marketing/Business
  • Three to Five years experience selling "IT" or "Copier" professional services.
  • Detailed Proven Track Record
