Job Description
We are seeking candidates for one of our premier clients in Stevens Point for Consumer Customer Care representatives. Hours are Monday-Friday working 8am-4:30pm. These positions are expected to continue through March of 2023.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from policy holders, office staff and agents/brokers via telephone, email, web chat and mail within established performance standards
  • Process payment information updates to policyholder's accounts and complete payment transactions
  • Manage correspondence, which may involve research and documentation of resolution
  • Participate in team meetings

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years customer service experience preferred
  • Insurance or inbound call center experience preferred
  • Computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite applications
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Must be well-organized and attentive to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components
