Property Management company in Milwaukee looking for Maintenance Technician. Responsible for maintaining local complexes. Have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and vendors. Your primary work schedule will be 1st shift we do require candidates to be on-call for 1 week a month. Candidates should have valid driver’s license and their own tools. We have excellent benefits and 401k! Pay is $20-$25hr will consider higher for the right candidate.
