Join us as our new Senior Production Operator
In this role you will run production equipment and manage production lines to create high quality products and deliver on time the full amount requested to your customer.

Operations, Supply & Quality is the home of our value chain from suppliers to Zymers to customers.  We are responsible for creating a safe work environment and culture for all Zymers and for keeping our promises as an outstanding supplier of biological solutions and services. 

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Owning up to 4 production lines. Ownership includes but is not limited to:
  • Set-up, operation and troubleshooting of production equipment (forklifts, mixers, fillers, conveyors, labelers, utility, fermentation tanks, boilers, autoclaves, microscopes and safety equipment) for an entire production line without the requirement of supervision.
  • Manage manufacturing and packaging operations for your production line including the delegation of tasks as appropriate and identifying and supporting safety concerns and pain points for Operators
  • Train operators on tasks in your production line, identify effectiveness of training and be able to identify limitations and training progression of operators assigned to your production line
  • Develop and perform Preventive and Ad-Hoc Maintenance as needed
  • Create, edit and maintain documentation for properly running your production line


Location: This job will be located in Milwaukee, WI.
