Job Description
Property Maintenance Supervisor needed for property management company in Shorewood area. This is a working supervisor position responsible for apartment complexes in Shorewood and surrounding area. Responsible for maintenance technicians, and grounds crew worker. You need to be able to assist with maintenance when necessary. Get bids from outside contractors and vendors for repairs and materials. Schedule maintenance for tenants and keep them up to date on progress. Ideal candidate should have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Company pays $26hr-$32hr. Need valid driver’s license, good driving record and your own tools.
