Job Description
Pewaukee Apartment Community looking for Property Maintenance candidate! Applicates should have experience in maintenance capable of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry painting, drywall, appliance install, window and door install, and more. Help residents with repairs, improvements, and question. Assist other maintenance technicians when needed. Job requires you to have tools and valid driver’s license. Full time 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday on call work is determine by a rotating schedule. Pays $20-$30hr depending on candidates skill set, company offers full benefits, health insurance, and 401k.
