Job Description
Do you take pride in delivering a quality customer experience? Join Meijer as a Supervisor in Deli/Bakery or Grocery Departments or overseeing our Gas Station!!
In this role, you will plan, direct and supervise Team Members in the day to day operations. Serve as the mentor and coach for all team members. Implement strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient. Maintain Department appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE
Current/Previous Leadership Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Gas Station, Warehouse, Industrial, Food Service or Restaurant a plus
