Job Description
Commercial Electrical Project Manager needed in Milwaukee. Company specials in renovations, CapEx and new construction. Prior electrical field experience required. Able to determine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projects. Work with construction project manager and architect on plans, and schedule. Higher subcontractors when needed and make sure deadline and budget are met. Perform code reviews and schedule inspection. Prepare reports on cost, performance, and budget. Maintain accurate records of estimate, materials, permits, and documents. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in electrical project management. Job does require out of state travel.
