Job Description

Seeking experienced Paralegals who are looking for a career change to join our team as a Project Manger in our Class Action Administration Division.

Lead new project planning and implementations, and manage day-to-day operational settlement administration projects   
  • Lead project planning and implementation to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Provide case-related client support.
  • Prepare drafts, including, but not limited to affidavits, declarations, etc. using A.B. Data templates.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress; resolve or escalate issues with assistance from senior team members and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
  • Monitor key project deliverables up to and including final product to ensure traceability of requirements, high quality, and client acceptance. Ensure all is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Manage project billing responsibilities as assigned.
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel proficiency
  • Paralegal experience a PLUS
