Job Description
Property Maintenance Technicians needed for Waukesha, Washington & Ozaukee counties and surrounding areas. Employees can live on site if they choose for a 30% rent discount. Candidate should be able to do basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and grounds keeping. Required to have your own tools and transportation, company will pay for travel cost. Includes health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Pay based on experience, can be over $25hr, depending on skill set! Company also has openings in Hartland, Pewaukee, West Bend, Grafton, and Appleton.
