Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and identify worn or dirty parts on spray guns to ensure proper proper function
  • Match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness; ensuring it matches specifications
  • Determine any special hanging, masking, painting, or packaging requirements per specifications
  • Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures
  • Train and coach production line employees including training on safety and housekeeping
  • Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have some high school or equivalent experience.
  • Must have the ability to read/write and understand both verbal and written work instructions, work orders and customer specifications.
  • Must demonstrate high level of eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, stand for all or most of a regular work shift.
  • Must have and wear protective gear designated for the department.
