Job Description

The Psychology Department at UW-Platteville offers an undergraduate degree in psychology, with emphases in substance abuse counseling and human services.

Often, we need ad hoc instructors to teach on-campus, online, or hybrid courses.

We are currently looking to establish a pool of candidates to fill ad hoc instructor positions who can teach General Psychology, either at the main campus or at the branch campuses in Baraboo and/or Richland Center.

General Psychology (Psychology 1130) is an introductory course designed to acquaint the student with the language and methods of psychology and to examine factors affecting human behavior in the areas of motivation, development, intelligence, personality and abnormal behavior.

Course Catalog:

We will call on candidates as needs arise based on enrollment.
