We are looking for a proactive Flight Test Engineer/Manager to join an exciting Air Dominance customer program office at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. In this position, you will be managing a variety of air-to-air weapon test events in a dynamic, hard-working, and fun environment.

Manage and coordinate flight test assets, aircraft and range support
• Liaise with Navy test and aircraft integration stakeholders
• Analyze test execution requirements and budgets
• Prepare test-related documentation
• Track program office capabilities and methods of test

• Bachelors degree in a technical field such as engineering , mathematics, physics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of technical/management/development/integration experience with aircraft, weapons, and/or operations, with 2 of those years occurring within the last 3 years; appropriate educational background may be substituted for this experience
• Knowledge of DoD systems engineering and test requirements, TEMP development, and test/demonstration experience
• Knowledge of mission planning and its effect on related test
• Knowledge and capability in detailed test and analysis plan development, management, budgeting, coordinating technical test requirements, and test/demonstration operations to include test range planning and set-up
• Knowledge of developmental and/or operational test of Naval Aviation aircraft systems (preferably F-18/F-35) and/or subsystems and/or components; ability to perform data analysis

• This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Top Secret clearance preferred.
