The MARS Returnship program is for professionals looking to restart their careers in technology following a gap in employment. We provide training with hands on experience, coaching, mentorship, and professional development with a partnership approach to prepare you to return to the workforce. Our exceptional graduates enjoy a customized experience to meet the unique technical and interpersonal needs of all involved. We are seeking individuals who have prior experience with front end, back end, or full stack web development who are looking to reenter the workforce. We are looking for these individuals to join our program to get coaching and hands on experience in the latest web development technologies and practices. Our next cohort begin February 2022.

Requirements: Strong communicator, team player, and quick learner. Academic experience and in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. Relevant prior experience in technology that lends to upskilling. Unlimited work authorization.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying application solutions
• Using an agile mindset and agile process
• Capture epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design execution sprints
