Job Description
Commercial Construction company looking for qualified Project Manager for Milwaukee. Company specials in renovations, CapEx and new construction. You will ensure quality delivered, deadline, and budget are met. Oversee the day-to-day performance of field crew and other construction personnel. Required to have experience giving commercial estimates on adaptive re-use of commercial building. Provide estimates on shells base that follow company standards. Provide estimates for tenants improvement based off prototypical drawings work with landlord on negotiating lease. Prepare reports on cost, performance, and budget. Work with team to structure permits needed for renovation and new construction. Select materials needed for construction and make sure proper techniques are follow when building. Maintain accurate records of estimate, materials, permits, and documents. Assist with scheduling inspection. Work with engineers on building design. Higher outside subcontractor when needed. If necessary, schedule testing on existing building materials to make sure they past inspection. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager. Job does require out of state travel. Excellent benefits and perks include, pay base on experience!
