About the team

EFT Client Care provides financial institution support on FIS Debit and Prepaid Card products such as EFT knowledge, applications, reports, and balancing.

What you will be doing

You will be providing support to financial institutions by managing a ticket and phone queue.

  • Gain knowledge on our products, applications, reports
  • Managing a ticket and phone queue
  • Research client issues
  • Manage client escalations
  • Work with other client care or service delivery teams
