What you will be doing:

• Ability to input information into the Trust System to ensure participants receive accurate annual 1099R tax forms.

• The position is responsible for balancing payments on the Retirement Distribution Management System (RDMS) to the Trust Accounting System.

• Customer service skills used for interaction with client's HR departments, plan participants, and the relationship management team to resolve payment related questions.

• Corporate Actions Processor - Reconciles Custodian positions to Addvantage positions following a reorganization.

• All-Participates with other team members in reviewing and assessing current practices and procedures.

• This role is a fast-paced environment with a great deal of variety duties

What you bring:

• High school or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience preferable

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Displays professional attitude and is able to work well under pressure.

• Strong analytical, balancing, and organizational skills.

• Communicates in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to effectively prioritize work and to resolve complex problems.

• Detail oriented.

• Accepts ownership of work and makes suggestions for reducing risk.

• Consistently produces work that is accurate and thorough.
