About the team:

This team is focused on Risk, Audit and Security for Merchant and International Product lines. Responsible for audit, compliance and IT security oversight of significant high-risk product lines that contain complex financial institution payment functions for our Financial Institution and Retail Payments lines of business. Knowledge of FI and Retail Payments systems preferred. Payment card industry compliance standards knowledge a plus.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Data Governance.

  • You have experience with enterprise metadata, reference data and data quality

  • You have excellent influencing and consultative skills, including business and technology interactions

  • You have hands-on experience with data governance tools such as, Informatica and Collibra

  • Experience MS project and MS Visio - Intermediate to advance required

  • Advanced experience with Excel required

  • You have excellent written and verbal communications skills: adept in communicating ideas to all levels of management in a clear, concise, and professional manner across variety of business, financial, and technical ranges

  • Power BI strongly preferred

  • Strong data analytics experience

  • Seasoned Data Analyst who loves to heavily analyze data

What you will be doing

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results.

  • Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement

  • specifications.

  • Influences business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

  • Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc. Identifies and documents business strategies, objectives and drivers.

  • Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities.

  • Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI.

  • Re-engineers processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency. Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
