Waukesha based client is for Hard Working and Reliable individuals to Assist in the cleanup of homes and businesses affected by a fire, flood, storm, or other disasters. This is an extremely important role in our company, and we are looking for the best of the best to fill it. Some duties include lifting, cleaning, demolition, and packing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionally represent the company principles of honesty and integrity
Perform Final and Structure Cleans
Communicate with Project Managers daily
Assist in identifying damaged items
Gather, sort, pack affected contents
Clean and process affected contents
Proficient utilization of applicable cleaning equipment
Proactive communication with management and team leaders
Show up clean, work clean, leave work area cleaner than it was when you arrived, and clean up after yourself
Drive company vans/trucks to various job sites
Jobsite security and safety
Lead and supervise the cleaning crew
Bilingual in Spanish & English a plus
Must Have Valid Driver's License
Must Be Able to Pass Felony Background Check, Drug Screen, and Valid Driving Record
Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm shift with 30-minute lunch Monday - Friday. The employee is expected to work overtime when requested. The employee is expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis. This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor to be maintained at all times. We are also looking for an individual that can uphold the company standards, mission statement, and goals at all times.
