Job Description

Our Client in the Brown Deer area is looking for a QuickBooks Bookkeeper for their team. The position is responsible for full-cycle accounting processes while working directly with the controller of the company to provide financial insight into company decisions.


  • Manage and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Processes Bank Reconciliations
  • Communicates with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by accountants or partners


  • 3+ years experience in QuickBooks
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to handle both accounting and administrative duties
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
