Your seat at the table: Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Are your kids back in school and you have some newfound free time? Are you looking to get some extra cash with the holidays coming up? Or are you maybe just looking for something to do for a few hours per week? THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU!

In this seat you'll interact with consumers by telephone, mail, e-mail, and chat/instant messaging to provide "one call" resolution customer service and provide a positive customer experience. You will also process correspondence and administer written responses.

This seat reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

More specifics about what this seat does:

  • Develop a strong and trusting relationship between customers seeking assistance and Regal Ware.
  • Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction.
  • Receive, research and answer customer inquiries, service issues, and orders.
  • Enters consumer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories.
  • Enters consumer orders for returned merchandise and authorize refunds as necessary.
  • Authorizes repair and replacement of product with respect to warranty policy.
  • Requests payments from consumers.
  • Performs outbound calls to consumers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery or service of product.
  • Maintain historical and current product information resources.
  • Enter orders from distributors/sales staff as required for backup.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as requested.

We need this seat to have:

  • High School graduate
  • 2-5 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere with customers, co-workers, and managers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superb phone etiquette and conflict skills

**Core hours for these roles would fall between 10:00am - 4:30pm. These roles will be scheduled 20 hours per week and are not eligible for Regal Ware insurance benefits, however there are limited paid holidays and paid time off.

**This position has the potential to move to a fully remote position 30-60 days after training period.
