Job Description

Extremely flexible, laid back, family friendly construction firm is looking to add to their accounting team. 


The accounting clerk will provide support to existing accounting staff; to reconcile and prepare quarterly payroll reports and forms, prepare client financial statements and to function as an internal auditor each month for all the processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Quarterly Payroll Reporting

  • Reconciliation of the payroll processes and determination of the correct venues for taxes withheld
  • Reconciliation of tax payments and development of a quarter-end report
  • Determine who is responsible for additional costs in the event of errors
  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax forms
  • Create and review W-2 forms.
  • Respond to municipalities that may process tax notices
