As an Account Executive, you will leverage The Challenger methodology to develop new business, prospect to close, within a specific territory, no travel involved. Our team is passionate, goal oriented, and looking for talented individuals to join the ranks!
You are a disciplined, successful, and established sales professional with a track record of achieving goals. You're a skilled communicator, comfortable with cold calling and building rapport and trust with decision makers. Fast paced environments are just your speed and you love learning new things. You're tech savvy, pick up new things quickly, and have a method for time management and organization.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a several years of solution-based business-to-business sales experience. You have built strategic prospecting skills over the course of your career and might even practice the Challenger methodology. You may have sold SaaS products in the past. You're self-motivated, independent, and goal oriented.
About the Position:
As an Account Executive at Circa, you will identify and qualify prospective customers and key decision makers, secure business meetings through cold calling, email, and outbound campaigns, and close deals. You will be selling our OFCCP product line, targeting government contractors within your territory. You'll effectively manage your sales pipeline, creating a sense of urgency in the sales process to bring deals to close. You'll establish our value and differentiation via online business presentations, executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed your sales goals. Your average deal size is $10k-15k, with a sales cycle between 30 and 50 days.

Day in the Life:
Successful Account Executives build a strategic territory plan, organizing their days and weeks to successfully execute the plan for success.
Most days will involve:
Cold calling prospects and delivering our value proposition
Conducting 1-2 "knowledge calls" to vet prospects and build a pipeline
Weekly activities may include:
Delivering 3-5 business presentations
Building and refining prospect lists within your territory
Manager meetings to get the support you need for success
Pipeline/territory clean up and management
On a monthly basis:
Creating and refining your strategic territory plan
Pipeline/territory clean up and management
Strategic All Hands Sales Meetings and ongoing training and development
Hitting or exceeding your sales goal!
