- Handling over the phone interactions with the goal of providing exceptional service to consumers
- Use judgment to mitigate risk to the our client while balancing the needs of the customer
- Submit work items to complete customer requests interacting with multiple online systems while speaking with customers
- Work to meet assigned productivity targets and performance goals, including service quality, compliance commitments and other deadlines
- Provide administrative support to the CS Dept through copying, scanning all documentation, file room maintenance, and filing for both the file room and the original documentation area
- Inputting the record storage box manifests into excel spreadsheets

- Must pass a series of clerical assessments at a targeted level including MS Office Suite programs, typing, data entry, Call Center Suite.

- Preferably in an administrative/office setting
- Will not consider retail or restaurant experience for this particular job
