About the team

The team is a group of individuals that supports operations processing for clients using the Trust Desk Outsourcing product line. This team processes mutual fund trades, dividends and responds to compliance requests on behalf of the clients. The team works with both internal and external customers in resolving exceptions on a timely basis and provides excellent customer service daily.

What you will be doing

  • You would be responsible for ensuring that new fund account requests received are in good order and work with the mutual fund companies to establish the fund accounts.
  • Proactively identify exceptions that need to be addressed daily and communicate to the appropriate parties for resolution
  • You would be responsible for monitoring the Compliance requests and responding to questions from mutual fund companies.
  • You would be responsible for identifying assets to be held at Fidelity and processing transfers to move assets; verify & reconcile transfers and update Trust Desk system.
  • You would be responsible for monitoring and setting up access to mutual fund company websites in order to access fund account transaction detail.
  • Hybrid work schedule Monday - Friday

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Access/ Project)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
