What you will do
He/she will lead the Johnstone Supply Regional Account Manager team. You will develop the annual growth strategy to include organic, share of wallet (SOW) and new growth within the Johnstone Supply network across the U.S., along with driving the channel to focus on all segments of the HVAC industry.
The successful candidate will coach, guide and develop the team to become trusted advisors to their key and target accounts, leveraging strategic account planning and management disciplines.
