Maintenance Technician - Third Shift

Wis-Pak Inc., , a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Klarbrunn, Bubbl'r, Vita Ice and other leading soft drinks is currently seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician

for its corporate location in Watertown, Wisconsin. Hours are 9:30pm-6am Sunday-Thursday with overtime. Starting wage will be based on experience.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, Lead Person and/or Shift Supervisor, this Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the quality performance of production, auxiliary and

repair equipment necessary to run a safe and efficient plant operation.


  • Provide timely response of all trouble calls, diagnose and remedy problems, document all tasks performed.
  • Repair and replace equipment and apparatus in an efficient, safe and sanitary manner.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, document tasks completed, amount of time taken to perform duties and any deficiencies found.
  • Perform start-up and shutdown of equipment, involving energizing and de-energizing of equipment.
  • Perform bench repairs in a timely manner.
  • Safely operate power tools, hand tools, welding and cutting tools and manlifts as required.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conform to all quality and safety regulations.
  • Comply with all food safety, plant and equipment safety, GMP, and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Report completely and accurately daily maintenance work orders.
  • Report any unsafe operating conditions, practices and/or personnel.
  • Must be capable of following written and verbal instructions in order to perform assigned maintenance tasks.


Requires education as normally acquired in two (2) years of technical school or equivalent and job experience in a manufacturing maintenance position. PLC and electrical knowledge, preferred. Able to

attend and travel to technical schools, if required. Required to lift up to 75 pounds on a daily basis.
