Job Description

Our client in Delafield is looking for an Accounting Assistant in a temp-to-hire capacity. This position is responsible for clerical accounting, working in both accounts payable and receivable, report clean-up and other projects. Ideal candidate will have experience doing 3-way matching, full cycle accounts payable functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete weekly check runs
  • Accounts Payable entry and processing
  • Help with data entry and clerical work


  • Some accounting experience (ex: internship) or 1 year preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with Excel or ERP systems a plus
