BLACK SHOE HOSPITALITY is looking for a quality individual that would be excited to join our BOH management team. Candidates must be able to lead the kitchen staff in a positive environment, have a great work ethic and be dedicated in offering our guests great food and service. Must be inspired by current and past food trends and willing to work with our current culinary team to inspire and grow.
At least 3 years’ experience in kitchen management
Ordering, cost/inventory control and menu development
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Train, lead and mentor the BOH team
Budget and control of food and labor costs
Work with FOH management to build continuity within FOH & BOH teams
Innovative thinker with consideration of restaurant growth
