Manufacturer on Milwaukee's northwest side is in need of Assemblers to join their 2nd or 3rd shift team. This is a bright, clean, well run organization with the opportunity for long term growth and stability. The schedule includes five 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday for 2nd shift and 8 hour shifts from Sunday through Thursday for 3rd shift.These are contract to direct positions which will offer benefits after the successful completion of a probationary period!

Skills/responsibilities required include.....

1. Responsible for the electrical assembly of various electronic based equipment working from work instructions on computer screen using hand and power tools. 
2. Employee may work within a team and/or work independently assembling the product. 
3. May also be responsible for working in the inserting operations as needed.
4. Responsible for verifying parts and may include verifying work from other operators’ work to quality standards.
5. Follow all safety efforts in the work center with the consistent demonstration of proper PPE and adherence to all safety regulations and requirements.
6. Maintain a consistent 6S workplace through consistent housekeeping efforts. 
7. Train other employees as directed by Team Leader to ensure parts are produced safely, efficiently and to the appropriate quality level.
8. Other duties as assigned by lead and supervisor.
