The Milwaukee Catholic Home, a dynamic faith-based continuing care retirement community is seeking full-time and part-time C.N.A.'s to join our team to provide exceptional services to the School Sisters of Notre Dame living at the Elm Grove, WI campus.

C.N.A.s provides direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. They work under the guidance and direction of an R.N. or L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents, help the unit function smoothly, observe and collect data, and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents.

Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A. certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Positions may eligible for insurance benefits such as health, dental, vision and life the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
