The Sales and Warranty Analyst works closely with our Product Management and Quality Assurance teams to collect, analyze, and share reporting on sales data, vendor data, and warranty data that influences our product warranty budgeting, expenses, and updates to warranty plans for products we sell. The Sales and Warranty Analyst, located on-site at the Batteries Plus Bulbs corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI, will ideally have 3+ years of work experience in sales or data analysis, demonstrate strong analytical abilities, have advanced Excel skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Business, or a related field.   • Use financial analysis skills to collect, analyze, and evaluate sales data in oder to increase sales productivity and assist product management and quality assurance teams with decision making
  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Monitor retail store warranty submissions and coordinate analysis
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in store warranty rates and vendor warranty rates
  • Build relationships with current outside vendors and partner with internal product management and product sourcing teams


  • 3+ years of work experience in sales analysis, data analysis, warranty programs, returns
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills including v-lookups, filtering, and other formula functions
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient with math and statistical analysis including qualitative and quantitative
