1. Read and understand print requirements for each unique part number
2. Polish and remove burrs from parts using precise and controlled methods
3. Focus their attention on a single task for long periods of time
4. Safely handle parts; either putting or taking out fixtures and containers

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in a safe, and courteous manner.
• Finish lead screws to print specifications.
• Finish using small hand tools or small power tools.
• Measuring work pieces and progress of work.
• Maintaining all tools and ensuring proper working order.
• Finished products will be prepared and packaged for shipment as required.
• Monitor products on a continuous basis to ensure quality standards
• Read and understand directions.
• Ability to load and unload parts with assistance into fixtures.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and work orders.
